The Artisans are an amateur drama group, based in Hornchurch, Essex. We've been going for over 30 years, now, having been formed in 1966, and our repertoire during that time has been extremely varied. Much of what we've performed has been what we like to think of as "challenging" pieces, and we've recently enjoyed some success with these. Over the last couple of years we've won three competitive festivals outright, and picked up a number of other awards, too.
